HERE’S OUR BOAT
On the 10th day of our trip, in the harbor of FETHIYE, we board a 83 foot ‘Gulag’ and settle in for a glass of wine and a delicious dinner.
THE NEXT MORNING OUR TRIP BEGINS
There are thirteen of us, a captain, a cook, one crew member, four couples and two single women passengers. Each couple had their own private bedroom, bathroom and shower. The two single women also had their own private accommodations. We leave from the harbor of FETHIYE on a brilliant sunny morning.

CONTINUING ON OUR WAY Coastal mountains rise to a height of 10,000’ feet. Warm breezes fill our sails. Time stands still.
EVERY MORNING AND EVERY NIGHT DELICIOUS FOOD IS SERVED ON DECK
Wine is served before and during lunch and the evening meal.
EVERY NIGHT WE FIND A SECLUDED MOORAGE
We take a swim, have some wine, talk, laugh, tell jokes and then, another delicious dinner.
ON OUR FOURTH DAY WE REACH THE MARSHES OF DYLAN
A huge sea turtle comes up to say ‘Hello’.

LATER THAT DAY
We pass the ancient cliff tombs of Dalyan. Carved out of the rock hillside thousands of years ago.
